XX World Summit on Political Communication

Monterrey - Mexico

In June 2024, the 20th edition of the World Summit on Political Communication was held at the Hotel Camino Real Monterrey.
During the 26th, 27th and 28th, the event stood out for its focus on post-election governance in Mexico.
More than 300 renowned speakers shared their knowledge and experiences on political communication, providing innovative strategies to thousands of attendees; 2,648 in-person and 5,130 virtual attendees were registered.
The theme of the conferences, focused on the effectiveness of government communication after the elections, was the hallmark of this edition.

XIX World Summit on Political Communication

Cancun - Mexico

In December 2023, the XIX edition of the World Summit on Political Communication was held at the Aloft Hotel in Cancun, Quintana Ro, Mexico.
The event was a success, where more than 300 speakers spoke to thousands of attendees about political communication strategies, sharing their knowledge and experiences.
The participation of Dick Morris as a speaker was a highlight.

XVIII World Summit on Political Communication

Medellín - Colombia

In May 2023 we held the Summit at the Intercontinental Hotel in the city of Medellin, Colombia.
With the presence of 280 speakers who spoke about strategies and political communication to more than 3,000 attendees.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Mayor of the City, Daniel Quintero Calle.

XVII World Summit on Political Communication

Buenos Aires - Argentina

In October 2022, the Summit held the XVII version in hybrid format in Buenos Aires; at the Universidad Católica Argentina, where more than 3,100 participants attended and 1,600 in live streaming.
The event was attended by political strategist Dick Morris of the United States, former Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa, the Mayor of Medellin, Daniel Quintero, and the Colombian Ambassador to Argentina, Camilo Romero.
Also participating as speakers at the Summit were the former governor of the province of Buenos Aires, María Eugenia Vidal, Jose Espert, Martín Yesa, Roberto García Moritan, Gerardo Morales, Cristian Ritondo, Jorge Capitanich, among other political figures.

XVI World Summit on Political Communication

Monterrey - Mexico

In September 2021, the Summit held its XVI version and its first in hybrid format in Monterrey, Mexico; from the 21st to the 23rd at the Pabellón M Convention Center, where more than 3,500 participants attended, in person and 1,500 in Live Streaming.
There were 300 face-to-face speakers in 6 simultaneous rooms.
The event was attended by the incoming Governor of Nuevo Leon, Samuel Garcia, at the opening table, and the closing keynote address by the outgoing Governor of Nuevo Leon, Jaime Rodriguez Calderon.
Also present were the Mayor of Apodaca César Garza Villarreal, who is also President of the National Federation of Municipalities, and Marilú Brajer, President of the Latin American Association of Political Consultants – Alacop, among other personalities.

XV World Summit on Political Communication

Cancun - Mexico

In February 2020 the Summit commemorated its 10 years of professionalization of politics in Cancun, Mexico; from February 19 to 21 in CancunICC where more than 3,500 participants attended, 300 speakers in 6 simultaneous rooms.
The event had the former president of Ecuador, Rafael Correa, at its opening table, who was also a speaker and accompanied throughout the event.
Also present were Tatiana Clouthier, strategist for President Manuel López Obrador, local partner Filiberto Martínez and Marilú Brajer, president of Alacop, among other personalities.

XIV World Summit on Political Communication

Madrid - Spain

In February 2019, the summit landed in Spain with the best referents and professionals in the field of political communication worldwide, with the aim of discussing various topics on current affairs in the sector.
The opening ceremony took place in the auditorium of the Pablo VI Foundation, and included a welcome speech by the Dean of the Faculty of Communication and Humanities of the Camilo José Cela University, Jorge Santiago Barnés.

XIII World Summit on Political Communication

Lima - Peru

In August 2018 the Summit returned to Lima, Peru, at the Westin Hotel Convention Center the XIII edition was held, together with our official representative in Peru, Grupo ISP.
The event had as guest at the opening ceremony the Minister of National Education of Peru Daniel Alfaro Paredes, The Head of the National Registry of Identification and Civil Status Reniec, among other prominent members.
This version brought together more than 250 speakers.
2,000 attendees.
In this way the Summit continues to consolidate itself as the main event of Political Communication in Latin America, and announces its next arrival in Europe for February 2019.

XII World Summit on Political Communication

Mexico City - Mexico

In February 2018 the Summit returned to Mexico City.
This new version brought together more than 290 speakers and 2,000 attendees.
Once again the Summit consolidates itself as the main event of Political Communication in Latin America.
The event had the outstanding presence of Miguel Angel Mancera.
Mayor of Mexico City; Lorenzo Cordova Vianello.
President of the National Electoral Institute; Alfonso Esparza Ortiz.
Rector of the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla and Manuel Mosca, President of the Chamber of Deputies of Argentina.

XI World Summit on Political Communication

Cartagenas de Indias - Colombia

In June 2017 the Summit returned to Cartagena de Indias Colombia, ratifying the Summit brand with a resounding success with more than 2,500 attendees at the Convention Center.
Counting with Juan Carlos Gossaín as local organizer CEO of Grupo Diálogos Urbanos.
It was sponsored by the Government of Bolivar and the academic support of the Rafael Nuñez University Corporation.
It was attended by the Governor of Bolivar Dumek Turbay and the Mayor in charge of Cartagena Sergio Londoño Zurek.
The event was supported by the Fundación de Nuevo Periodismo Iberoamericano FNPI.

X World Summit on Political Communication

Quito - Ecuador

On November 17, 18 and 19, 2016 the X Summit was held in Quito Ecuador, in local alliance with Quorum Quito Convention and Business Center of Ecuador, under the local direction of Pablo Ochoa Gortaire; with the academic support of the Universidad San Francisco de Quito; the Latin American Association of Political Consultants – ALACOP, Cifal Quito and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research – Unitar.
In 7 simultaneous auditoriums, 290 speakers from more than 25 countries participated in the event.

IX World Summit on Political Communication

Buenos Aires - Argentina

In June 2016 the Summit took place at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, Buenos Aires.
The thematic focus was on Argentine elections and Big Data.
The Governor of Salta, Juan Manuel Urtubey, and the Secretary of Political and Institutional Affairs of the Ministry of the Interior, Public Works and Housing, Adrián Perez, participated.

VIII World Summit on Political Communication

Lima - Peru

In December 2015 it was held in Lima.
With the academic support of the School of Government and Public Policy of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
The focus was on the electoral campaigns of the countries where elections were held in 2015 and in preparation for the 2016 elections in the country.
This version was attended by the President of the National Electoral Jury, Francisco Távara and the Vice President of the Republic, Marisol Espinosa.

VII World Summit on Political Communication

Santo Domingo - Rep. Dominican Republic

In June 2015, the event was held in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, with the support of the Universidad Autónoma, where the emphasis was placed on the theme “Youth and Politics”.
This event focused on the electoral campaigns in that country.
The opening and closing ceremonies were attended by the President of the Senate, Cristina Lizardo, and the Minister of Ports, Mayobanex Escoto.

VI World Summit on Political Communication

Mexico City - Mexico

In December 2014, the event took place in Mexico City, together with the Universidad Panamericana, where the emphasis was placed on the theme “Women and Politics”.
This event had a great impact and reception not only in Mexico but also at an international level.
The event was attended by the First Independent Governor of Mexico, Jaime Rodríguez Calderón, Governor of Nueva León; and Lilian Tintori, wife of Venezuelan opposition leader Leopoldo López.

Cartagena de Indias - Colombia

In March 2014, the Summit was held in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, together with the Government of Bolivar and the University of Cartagena, renewing the bet and positioning the Summit as an event that reveals the best practices in Communication and Political Marketing.
On this occasion, the Governor of the Department of Bolivar, Juan Carlos Gossain, and the Secretary General of the PRI of Mexico, Ivonne Ortega, participated in the event.

Buenos Aires - Argentina

In 2013, the event took place at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, Buenos Aires, with the attendance of more than 20 Ibero-American countries, where a multiplicity of trends in the field of social and political communication were presented.
The closing ceremony was attended by the head of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, Horacio Rodriguez Larreta.

III World Summit on Political Communication

Guadalajara - Mexico

In 2012 it took place in the city of Guadalajara, Mexico, in a joint project with ITESO – Jesuit University, where the focus was on consulting and innovation in communication practices.
The ceremonial acts were attended by the Governor of Jalisco, Aristoteles Sandoval, and the Mayor of the city of Guadalajara, Ramiro Hernandez Garcia.

II World Summit on Political Communication

Quito - Ecuador

In 2011, the Summit was held at the Eugenio Espejo Convention Center, in a joint project with the Government of the Metropolitan District.
This event had a great impact on the national and international press due to the magnitude and scope of attendance with more than 6,000 participants; and the outstanding presence of the Mayor of the City, Augusto Barrera, and the Vice President of the Republic, Lenin Moreno.

I World Summit on Political Communication

San Martín - Argentina

Year 2010 at the National University of San Martin, Buenos Aires, bringing together multiple countries and universities from Latin America and Europe.
It coincided with the date of the celebrations of the Argentine Bicentennial and was declared of Cultural Interest.
It was attended by special guests such as Governor Daniel Scioli and the Mayor of San Martín, Ricardo Ivoskus.
